About Agile Innovation Factory

Agile Innovation Factory was founded by four people, who have different skills and work experiences in range of innovation, agile, consultancy and academic research. The connection with the academic world makes sure that we always have access to the latest research and knowledge in Agile innovation.

Our philosophy
Agile Innovation Factory is convinced that, in order to deliver value to our clients, we should go beyond analysis and consultancy. We believe that we must help our clients with agile innovating. That we should stand next to you to help you get your Agile processes running smoothly.

This is why we not only consult and develop, but also deliver services that actually help you innovate, and support through our tools, to ensure Agile is embedded into your organization. Our firm does not comprise just talks, but has the courage to participate in your Agile projects on a results-based fee.

Corporate social responsibility
Socially responsible means for us being innovative in way of thinking and making a difference to change the world for the better.

To become a better and social responsible company we have organized free training sessions together with PMI and IT Days Conference on Wroclaw University of Technology.

In the future we want to use our innovation expertise and software tools to support social responsibility projects.

Our people
Innovation asks for open-minded people that enjoy creating new products and services, which dare to challenge how things are done today and are unafraid of what tomorrow will bring. New ideas often originate and improve when multiple disciplines work together. Our employees are people that can cross boundaries and connect with other disciplines. Furthermore, we have an extensive network of specialists that we can call upon to assist in projects, if need be.
