STA - Scrum Team Advanced Workshop
Course target:
This training is targeted for all people involved in project coordination e.g. project managers, team leaders, product owners, scrum masters that want to acquire practical knowledge about setting up agile project and agile project management.

Project setup and preparation based on artifacts delivered by customer.
User stories splitting to smaller one based on customer features.
Backlog creation based on customer project.

Project estimation and planning.
