Fortunately, you are familiar with agile so you would avoid all of these pitfalls.
Overview:
Product owner workshop allows to feel and to manage the importance of business value and
prioritization based on sample project. Work is done in small teams with dedicated trainers which
allow discussion of elements that can be immediately reused in real life projects.
